Join us for a lush morning designed to leave you feeling connected, refreshed, and joyful.
Be energised and grounded with a beach yoga session as the sun rises, followed by a deluxe breakfast grazing table to delight your senses and fuel you up before we head out for a fun surf surrounded by stunning national park.
1 x 75-minute early morning beach yoga class with a qualified & experienced yoga teacher, suitable for all levels. We'll provide you with a yoga mat and sunscreen for your lesson, or you are welcome to use your own if you would prefer to.
A divine plant-based (vegan) breakfast grazing table to share and fill up on post-yoga while enjoying watching the waves rolling in.
1 x 1.5-hour surf lessons with a qualified & experienced surf instructor, suitable for all levels (mixed class). We'll provide you with a wetsuit, surfboard, and sunscreen for your lesson, or you are welcome to use your own if you would prefer to.

What level of surfer is this for?
This session is open to all surfers from complete beginners who've never tried, to those wanting to surf out the back. As this is a mixed group, the instructor will spend time on the beach with any beginners at the start of the session teaching them how to stand on the surfboard and move about in the water safely. The instructor will then move among all participants, providing specific coaching to each person.
How good at yoga do I need to be?
All levels of experience are welcomed here, from seasoned yogis to those who have never tried before. The practice will be self-paced with options to take easier or harder poses to suit everyone.
Do I need to be a good swimmer?
If you are planning on paddling out the back, you should be able to comfortably tread water and swim 100-200m unaided, just in case your leg rope snaps and you lose your board. You are welcome to stay waist to chest depth and practice catching whitewash waves if you don't feel confident in your swimming ability.
What happens if it's raining?
Unless the surf or weather conditions are dangerous, we'll be going ahead even in windy or rainy conditions. As we'll be on the beach, please make sure you bring raincoats or warm clothes if you're concerned about getting cold during the session. If conditions are genuinely dangerous, the session will be cancelled and you'll be offered a full refund or the opportunity to book into a future event or service.
