G Boards
Australia
Started by a 3rd generation surf family here in Torquay, Gboards have been making surfing fun, safe and accessible to everyone since 1999. The founder Paul, was introduced to surfing by his grandfather, who was a key local figure in the Australian Surfing industry who was one of the first to surf Bells Beach in 1930, a founding member of Torquay Boardriders and Torquay Surf Club and even helped fund the early stage of the development of the Great Ocean Road.
Gboards are designed to be closer to a regular surfboard with their curvier shape and tapered rails, compared to other softboards on the market. Due to their soft cell foam technology, they also very durable meaning less softboards in landfill and are much easier to repair.
Gboards are the supplier for all our foam boards, most of you will have the pleasure of learning to surf on.

zeally bay
sourdough
John and Jan Farnan started the leaven over 35 years ago that lives on today in the locally made Zeally Bay Sourdough. They started experimenting with fermented foods, in the 80s, during their time running the iconic Wholefood Kitchen which was based in Geelong. They were inspired by the organic movement that was taking place in California, discovering a fermented way of cooking, including tofu, tempeh and tamari. As sourdough wasn’t a household item, there was much trail and error until they realised that this form of bread had so much more flavour, character and nutrition. Their customers fell in love with their bread, starting with small batches and having built it up to what we know today as Zeally Bay Sourdough. Established in 2007, it was the first fully certified organic bakery in Victoria! Torquay is still the home of Zeally Bay Sourdough where the family can do what they love – surf, home organic gardening, eating good food and making delicious bread.
You will find a delicious loaf of Zeally Bay Sourdough in your tent! Their gluten free options are also incredible.

Something To Remeber Us By
Incredibly well designed and planned week.
The surf instruction was great, I went from compete beginner to feeling confident on the board. The whole week of activities was great fun. We saw koalas and kangaroos and swam in waterfalls along the great ocean road. The food was delicious and the camp was comfortable.
